Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I hope everyone survived the tomfoolery that is St. Patrick's Day in an elementary classroom.  We managed without too much of a ruckus.  In honor of this day, I thought I would tell you all my favorite Irish blessing (even though I am German, through and through).

An Irish Prayer

May God give you...

For every storm, a rainbow,

For every tear, a smile,

For every care, a promise,

And a blessing in each trial.

For every problem life sends,

A faithful friend to share,

For every sigh, a sweet song,

And an answer for each prayer.
